Some days it can seem like the world is caving in, and only you can feel it. We can spend hours screaming on the inside but smiling on the outside. The idea behind this edit is that only we can understand what is happening inside our brains, because its only us that is experiencing it. When we look into our reflections we all see something different because we are all different and handle situations differently. When anxiety grabs a hold of us its difficult to escape. Personally, anxiety hits me when it comes to meeting new people. I am terrified of giving of the wrong impression and being judged by others so I try to avoid it as much as possible, but at the same time my dream is to preform in front of hundreds of people, anxiety works in strange ways. Anxiety often strikes teenagers around the exam period which adds to the stresses of revision and other activities.

When I made this edit I thought about how our reflections can show more than just our physical appearance but also our subconscience. When we talk about our subconscience we discuss the part of the brain this isn't the focus, the part that works in the background and rarely changes. For me, that part is the voice that screams when I am angry and panics when I am worried, because it is always there.
